cakewalk/sonar instrument definition file

by default, the psr-520 assumes the program changes sent refer to General-Midi patches.  to use the above instrument definition file (and, hence, the panel patches), you'll first need to send the following sysex string: F0 43 76 1B 01 01 F7.

to do this in cakewalk, go to View/Sysx, enter the data into the first bank, enable "auto-send", make sure the output port is correct, and then send the data.
